Founder
Inger and Jodi are responsible for setting the company’s strategic vision and direction, ensuring its values and culture are maintained, and overseeing executive leadership decisions.
They provide high-level guidance across all departments and foster relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors. Their leadership ensures the organization remains agile, innovative, and committed to quality.
Davina Touchton
Head of Global Clinical Operations & Project Delivery
Davina oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of global clinical trials, ensuring projects meet standards and timelines. Responsibilities include managing clinical teams, optimizing operational processes, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Davina ensures successful project outcomes through risk management and continuous improvement.
Sharon Fox
Head of Project Management and Data Services
Sharon leads the project management team, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. In addition, Sharon manages our data services team, ensuring data integrity and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Sharon also supports process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
Beth Bieze
Head of Global Clinical Quality Management
Beth is responsible for developing and maintaining clinical quality management processes, ensuring all clinical activities are managed to our rigorous standards. The role focuses on continuous improvement of quality processes and training for clinical teams.
Beth’s leadership ensures clinical trial excellence and audit readiness.
Marie Lester Pugh
Head of Clinical Vendor Partnerships
Marie manages relationships with external clinical vendors, ensuring quality, and timely delivery of services. Responsibilities include vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
Marie’s role is critical for integrating external expertise and resources into clinical operations.
Pam Gilbert Jesung
Head of People and Culture
Pam is a people-first HR leader who understands that strong cultures are built through trust, clarity and meaningful connection.
At ProTrials, she partners with leaders across the organization to create an environment where employees feel supported, valued, and empowered to do their best work.
Jennifer Bui
Head of Finance & Accounting Operations
Jennifer leads the finance and accounting teams, managing budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance at the corporate level. The role includes oversight of financial planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
Jennifer ensures the company’s financial health, supports strategic decision-making, and acts as a business partner to the clinical services team.
Christy Meyer
Head of Quality Assurance
Christy oversees the company’s overall quality assurance program, including compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves development of quality compliance process, leading audits, managing corrective actions, and ensuring company-wide adherence to quality standards.
Christy’s work supports a culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.
James Lubinsky
Head of Information Systems & Security
James directs the organization’s IT team, overseeing infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity and data protection programs. He manages technology vendors, system implementations, maintenance, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
James is a leader and key member of all new technology initiatives.
