“At ProTrials, every team member—from clinical operations to finance—brings exceptional depth of experience and expertise. The camaraderie and collaboration here are unparalleled in the industry, and it’s one of the many reasons I’m proud to call ProTrials home.”

Finding My Place and Purpose at ProTrials – “I joined ProTrials almost 10 years ago as a Senior Clinical Research Associate. Coming from a large CRO, I was hoping to feel more like a person with specific skills and value to offer, vs. just being a metric. I also wanted to keep growing, which didn’t seem likely at my previous company. As soon as I started at ProTrials, I realized I was working with some of the best and most seasoned professionals in the industry, and doing so in an environment that fostered learning and growth allowed me to evolve from a mentee to a mentor, and eventually a Lead CRA.
As a Lead CRA, I was able to pay forward some of the knowledge and support that once helped shape my own development while working closely with amazing Project Managers. In the Lead CRA role, I got to see “behind the scenes” pieces I had not previously been exposed to, which helped me form a better understanding of the project management role and responsibilities. ProTrials has been as invested in my career growth and success as I am. As soon as an opportunity would allow, I was promoted to an Associate Clinical Project Manager, where I continued to learn and collaborate with incredible mentors and by taking part in the company’s multiple educational offerings.
If you had asked me 10 years ago if I saw myself here, I would have said no. However, ProTrials has played a pivotal role in advancing my career by offering continuous learning opportunities, supportive leadership, and the chance to take on meaningful challenges that have expanded my skills and confidence.”

A Journey Back “Home” – “When I first joined ProTrials in 2017, the fast-paced innovation and the team’s passion immediately captivated me. After four years, I left to pursue an opportunity to work for a larger CRO, but it didn’t take long to realize how much I missed the culture and “family” I had left behind. I returned after what felt like 3 long months away from “home” to work on a cutting-edge infectious disease trial and was also given the chance to put my many years of project management experience to work in the resourcing department.
Since my return over 3 years ago, I’ve been able to continue my project management work in numerous important clinical trials and assume the lead role in the resourcing department. What truly stands out here is ProTrials’ commitment not only to the important clinical research we contribute to every day but also to the personal growth of its employees.
Being part of a team that values growth, reinvestment, and collaborative ideas is truly rewarding. I am excited to continue growing and making meaningful contributions alongside this incredible team.”
